I always use Prepaid cards, and they always worked fine for me. So if you're under the age of 18 prepaid cards are your only possibility :/ Sadly, in alot of countrys for example Belgium (where I live) steam cards do not exist.
If you need to use one of those cards your best bet is to pre-verify it so you know if the card will work or not. In all honesty, your best bet would really be to just go to a local store and use the prepaid card to buy a Steam gift card if that is an option for you. Most card companies will allow you to contact the number on the back of the card for you to attach your billing info to the card. Since prepaid cards don't have that info by default purchases can often fail. Due to the high amount of attempted credit card fraud on Steam, they take a couple extra measures to verify the billing name and info that you submit is the same that the card issuer has on file. In addition to being a ripoff (fees, lack of protections/support, no rewards) they also have trouble on some internet sites like Steam. I do not suggest using pre-paid debit cards. My response was basically a what happens if Steam could not process the payment.
Yes I realize it is a prepaid debit card. So either the paysafe card is expierd (Wich i actually dont think), So for example, when you buy a $ 50 card, you will need to pay $ 50. You can buy them at local gas stations, for the amount of cash, that they have charged on them. )~ paysafecard is a "Card" where there can be 10 - 200 Dollars on it.
